I worked closely with Llys Meddyg Restaurant & Rooms, a luxury Pembrokeshire hotel with an award-winning fine dining restaurant, providing them with a comprehensive marketing service.
Focusing on improving their online presence, I highlighted Llys Meddyg’s unique ethos and profile within the Pembrokeshire tourism industry, whilst managing their existing social media and website. I refreshed existing website copy, adding testimonials throughout, and providing new content including visuals from my own photographs. Menus were redesigned in a digital format to maximise online appeal, and encourage social sharing.
To help Llys Meddyg present a positive overview of their business for PR purposes, I created a promotional media pack especially for press use, and brought their website media page fully up-to-date. Encouraging Llys Meddyg to reconnect with existing customers and welcome future customers, I relaunched their newsletter campaigns activating an online incentive to improve signups. Keeping the blog regularly updated with all the latest news and events, I regularly generated special offers to attract new business. I actively encouraged customer feedback, social interaction and media interest, by sharing all activity across social media channels, whilst also promoting their local area of Newport and Pembrokeshire to increase visitor appeal.
Providing structure and writing website content for a whole new range of specialist short courses, I also created a series of recipe and information sheets for distribution at the popular courses. Supporting the launch with a PR marketing campaign, I attracted the attention of BBC Good Food Magazine and Countryside Magazine amongst others, which resulted in some excellent social media activity, plus a number of mentions, profiles and features.
